The features of the system for automation of school can be summarized as follows : Admission System, Fee
Management Sysetm, Payroll System, Examination System, Library Management, Inventory System,
Equipment Maintenance, Daily Administration, Study Material, Website, Internet Monitoring System .
A graphical user interface supports the system as user-friendly . All the data collected and updated
at various points is linked . All the data is stored in a relational database as structured format . All
the components of the system are modular and can be interfaced to any existing or future systems .
Each component is complemented by visually rich (graphical) analysis reports as a management reports .
Security is one of the central features of the system . There are various levels of authentication for viewing/editing/creating/printing etc. as possible to the specific module . The authentication can be dynamically turned on/off .
Part 2 :
Automatic time table generator for schools and colleges .
It is a fully automatic time table scheduling software . Allocation of periods to classes and teachers is fully
automated and frees the user of all processing . A clash-free and error-free timetable is assured . It is quick
and easy to enter all subjects (Physics, Maths), classes/forms (1A, 1B, 2A ..), Rooms (Science Lab, Reading room),
teachers and their contracts . The application also enables creating all specific divisions of classes/forms into
groups . It is possible to unite more classes/forms into one period/lesson or to have more teachers for one
period/lesson .
The program follows the organizational requirements such as :
- Selection for Number of working days of the week (ex. Friday off) .
- Zero (attendace) period insertion .
- Periods per day selection (8/9/7 etc. periods) .
- This selection is day wise ex. Can be made 4 periods on Saturday etc.) .
- Subjects could be entered with their considerations .
- Periods could be entered with their considerations .
- Teachers could be placed with their considerations .
Classes could be entered with their considerations reports for printing, Website and Mobil could be generated for the following : summary timetable for classes, summary timetable for teachers, summary timetable for rooms, class wise timetable, teacher wise timetable, all classes assigned to a teacher (no. of periods per week bifurcations), class wise teachers and subject reports, free teacher availability for substitution day wise, period wise, room wise timetable, total number of periods subject wise .
